At Tinge, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple to return or exchange.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
• Unused, unassembled, and in original packaging (including all hardware and inserts).
• Assembled or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
• Upload photos/videos through our return portal (see Section 7).
• We’ll arrange a free replacement. When possible, we’ll replace the affected part only to reduce waste.

4) If you changed your mind (you cover $30)
- Use the return portal to request a return.
- A flat $30 fee per return covers the prepaid shipping label and will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

9) Packaging & notes :
- Please repack items securely in the original carton(s).
- Print the prepaid return label we email you and attach it to your package.
- Drop off your package at any post office or schedule a pickup (no additional payment required).

If you purchased from a stockist or marketplace, please contact them directly for returns.
