Returns

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it easy to fix.

 

You've got 30 days

From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange. No stress, no rush.

 

If Something's Wrong With Your Item

Sometimes things arrive damaged or defective. It happens, and we've got you covered. Here's what to do:

  • Let us know within 30 days of delivery through our return portal

  • Upload a few photos or a quick video showing the issue

  • We'll send you a replacement (usually just the affected part to cut down on waste)

  • If we need the whole thing back, we'll arrange pickup and cover all the shipping costs

 

If You Changed Your Mind

We totally get it, sometimes things just don't work out. Here's how it works:

  • Start your return through our return portal

  • There's a flat $30 fee that covers your prepaid return label (deducted from your refund)

  • Items need to be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all the hardware

  • We'll email you a prepaid label to print and stick on the box

Just a heads up: we can't refund original shipping costs, and assembled or used items can't be returned unless they're defective.

 

Exchanges Work the Same Way

Want to swap for a different color or size? Use the same return portal. The $30 fee applies for change-of-mind exchanges, but defective item exchanges are always free.

What We Can't Take Back

  • Items that can't fit back in their original box with all the parts

  • Anything that's been assembled or used (unless it's defective)

  • Gift cards

 

Getting Your Money Back

Once we receive your return and check that everything's good, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Bought From Somewhere Else?

If you ordered through a marketplace like Amazon or Wayfair, please follow the returns instructions on their website.

 

Need to Cancel or Change Your Address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. If it's already on its way, use the return portal once it arrives.
