What makes Tinge furniture different?>
Glad you asked! We design pieces that are light-weight, good-looking, and built to move when you do. No heavy lifting or clunky parts. Just smart materials and clean design that actually fits your life.
Are your dressers made from real wood or fabric?>
A little bit of both! All of our products feature premium stain-resistant fabric drawers, but the magic happens with the frame. Our Lira collection has a wooden outer frame made from engineered hardwood while our Naima and Zana collections feature a tightly-woven fabric frame. No matter the style, they’re made to last and made to look good.
Is Tinge furniture durable?>
Yes, totally. Every piece, whether fabric or wood-finished, has a strong metal frame and premium quality materials that are ready for real life.
Will the fabric tear or wear out?>
Nope. We use thick, tightly woven fabric that holds its shape, resists sagging, and handles daily use without a fuss.
How do I clean and care for my dresser?>
No special tools needed, just wipe it with a damp cloth. The fabric is stain-resistant and the wood finishes are sealed to handle life’s little spills.
Is it easy to assemble?>
We made assembly as painless as possible. All tools included, clear steps, and a helpful video guide to walk you through each step.
Can I move it around easily?>
Definitely. Tinge pieces are lightweight but sturdy, so whether you're reorganizing your room or moving apartments, it won’t be a workout.
Do you offer replacement drawers or parts?>
We don’t sell drawers separately, but if something arrives off or damaged, we’ll fix it fast. Just reach out to info@hellotinge.com and we’ll make things right.
Is it safe for kids or pets?>
Yes! Our pieces have soft edges, non-toxic finishes, and come with anti-tip wall mount kits. Great for nurseries, playrooms, or anywhere the tiny tornadoes roam.
Where is your furniture made?>
Tinge is designed in Canada and made responsibly with our partners overseas. We care about quality and production that feels good from start to finish.
What’s your return policy?>
We offer a 30-day return window. If it is not quite right, let us know and we’ll help with the return or exchange process, no stress.
